Job Title: Education Support Professional

  • In this role, you will provide essential support to students with SEN, creating a personalized learning experience that caters to their unique needs.
  • You will work closely with classroom teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet diverse learning requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and empowered to achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous assessments to track student progress and inform future interventions.
Key Responsibilities:

We seek individuals who possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification - preferably with placements as part of your course.

A deep understanding of various SEN conditions and effective strategies for supporting students.

Superb communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children with SEN.

Desirable qualifications and certifications in education or special needs support.
