We are seeking a compassionate and caring Support Professional to join our team at Thera East. As a valued member of our team, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability, helping them to achieve their personal goals and aims.



  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Provide personal and emotional support to individuals with a learning disability
  • • Help individuals develop new skills and plan for their future
  • • Support individuals in their daily lives, including helping with leisure, employment, and travel
  • Requirements:
  • • No previous experience or qualifications required; free training will be provided
  • • Compassionate, caring, confident, and resilient
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Self-starter with a high level of motivation
