Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Home Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the care home
* Oversee the care staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care
* Collaborate with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
* Foster effective communication with residents, their families, and external organizations
* Ensure that all care records and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager or in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
