Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Level 2 qualification in both English and Maths (grade A*-C)
  • A TA qualification or equivalent (desired)
  • Experience working in an education setting, classroom management, and working with children of relevant age
  • A calm and clear communicator
  • A good knowledge of safeguarding regulations
  • A positive role model who can build positive relationships with children
  • A dedicated individual who is hardworking and aspirational for our young people

Salary:

The salary for this position is £16,756 - £17,019 per annum (pro-rated), which is equivalent to a full-time annual salary of £24,027 - £24,404. This is a permanent part-time position working 30 hours per week.
