Grade A Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Supportive Education Professional to work with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives.

As a Learning and Development Assistant, you will be working closely with teachers to support primary and secondary-aged students with complex needs. You will assist in planning and delivering lessons, provide individual and small-group support, and supervise students during activities and breaks.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the needs of SEN students.
  • Provide tailored support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Supervise students during activities and breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children, preferably those with SEN, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be patient, empathetic, and have a positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include excellent professional development opportunities, a supportive and collaborative working environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
