About the Role

We are seeking an Educational Support Professional to join our team and support students with Special Educational Needs and Mental Health (SEMH) requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, providing individualized support to students in a safe and stimulating learning environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to meet student needs
  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students
  • Supervise students during activities and breaks, promoting positive behavior and social skills
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Experience working with children, preferably those with SEMH needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
