Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils across primary, secondary, and post-16 levels with Autism
  • Providing individualised support and encouragement
  • Assisting teachers in delivering creative lessons and maintaining a clean, safe classroom
  • Leading outdoor learning initiatives and ensuring a safe environment

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in similar roles, particularly those with pupils with Autism. A passion for supporting neurodiverse individuals is essential.
