About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff and SEN coordinators to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This role offers a chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans under the guidance of teaching staff and SEN coordinators.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for students who have struggled with traditional education settings.

In return for your dedication and hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,500-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous in-school experience working with students who have special educational needs (SEN) or behavioural needs.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with students.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a supportive team.
