We are seeking experienced and compassionate Relief Support Workers to join our team at one of our 24-hour supported living services. Our service provides a safe and supportive environment for seven adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, each living in their own one-bedroomed flat in a beautiful conservation area.

About the Role:

  • Provide person-centered support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage independence and participation in activities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality care and support
