We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Relief Support Worker to join our team, providing positive support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

As a Relief Support Worker, you will work with adults in a 24-hour supported living service, enabling them to participate in community activities and develop domestic, financial, and emotional management skills.

You will work closely with statutory, voluntary agencies, and advocates/family members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, have a positive outlook, and can engage and motivate individuals to participate in a range of activities.

Prior support-related experience is essential, and you must be able to work flexible shifts on a relief basis.

We are a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organization, committed to providing high-quality care and support to our service users.
