About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Aldena Associates Ltd. as a Senior Specification Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading international SMART lighting control/building technology company based in the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the lighting industry, including lighting designers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our Lighting Intelligence solutions in the London and South regions of the UK.
  • Actively seek new projects and identify key decision-makers to increase sales within the region.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and conduct CPD accredited seminars to promote our solutions.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with third-party services.
  • Attend industry exhibitions as required to promote our solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on technological fields such as lighting controls, lighting, HVAC, building management, or automation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills to build collaboration and drive sales.
  • Self-sufficient with initiative and drive, able to prioritize and take actions to meet demanding sales targets.
  • Confident and effective communicator, with influencing skills to present and communicate key business priorities.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and value, internally and externally.
  • Flexible and agile, able to adapt your approach and methods to maximise results.
  • Based in London and the South for relevant travel in those regions, and international travel when required.
  • Spoken and written fluency in English; an additional European language is desirable but not essential.
