Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Rainscreen Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building successful relationships with leading architects and main contractor specifiers, generating and managing new and existing projects, and working closely with our Regional Sales Managers to ensure effective handover of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, main contractor specifiers, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
- Project Management: Generate, manage, and maintain a pipeline of new and existing projects, and convert quotes into sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to ensure effective handover of projects and achieve sales targets.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow sales revenue.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in specification sales, with a demonstrable network of contacts at top architectural and design practices.
- Knowledge: Strong relevant technical knowledge of façades and building envelope systems.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver CPDs to large audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with NBS, BIM, and other specification tools, as well as Barbour ABI or Glenigan construction lead experience.
