Job Title: Specification Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team at Duval Associates Ltd - Recruitment Specialist - UK. As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing new revenue and expanding our presence in the hospitality and leisure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the hospitality and leisure industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to remain at the forefront of the UK Lighting Market.
  • Attend trade shows and other industry events to network and build relationships with key influencers and business decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales excellence in the hospitality and leisure industries.
  • Strong industry network and solid knowledge of market conditions.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and account management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, combined with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software is desirable.
  • Hold a Full UK driving licence and have a willingness to travel and stay away as required.
