Job Title: Specification Sales Manager

Porcelanosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local developers, interior designers, and architects to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure they receive up-to-date product information and pricing lists.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Porcelanosa remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the kitchen, bathroom, or tiles industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid UK driving license.
