Are you a sales professional passionate about building long-term relationships with architects and designers?

We are seeking a Specification Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on high-end product sales and engaging with architects and interior designers to generate new and repeat business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with architects and interior designers to secure project specifications.
  • Converting specifications into live orders in line with sales objectives.
  • Attending industry events and conducting visits with interior designers and architects.
  • Administering activity via the system to ensure timely reporting.
  • Offering technical support and onsite training on projects.
  • Working in cohesion with the specifications and business development team.
  • Achieving and exceeding agreed area sales targets.
  • Utilizing data sources and contracts to generate leads and target new business.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in B2B specification sales, ideally within kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Mechanical or specifications-related background.
  • Proven ability in converting specifications.
  • Existing relationships with architects and interior designers in the London region.
  • Ability to work independently and plan your own diary.
