About the Role

The Specification Sales Manager will play a key role in promoting a range of external wall insulation systems for social housing projects, both for new builds and retrofits. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and leverage the extensive funding available for large-scale projects with housing associations, local authorities, and architects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Targeting large-scale projects with housing associations, local authorities, and architects to promote external wall insulation systems.
  • Working directly with main contractors, installers, and architects to protect specifications and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve realistic and achievable targets.
Requirements
  • Experience in external wall insulation or related render, cladding, or building envelope systems.
  • Strong understanding of the specification process and tracking projects through to the contractor/installer.
  • Proactive and self-motivated 'hunter' with a background in sales and business development.
What We Offer
  • Up to £70k basic salary.
  • £100k OTE.
