Systemic Family Therapist Lead

We are seeking an experienced Systemic Family Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Behaviour and Conduct Pathway Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist systemic assessments and interventions for children and young people with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality specialist family therapy assessments and interventions with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide a range of evidence-based interventions, including systemic family therapy, for children and young people with mental health difficulties.
- Hold a lead role in providing family therapy advice, training, consultation, and supervision to colleagues.
- Organize and prioritize own and others' workload, ensuring effective duty cover and timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, care planning, and risk management for all children and young people referred to the service.
