We are seeking an experienced Systemic Family Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing specialist systemic interventions and assessments for children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of systemic family therapy assessments and interventions.
- Provide specialist advice, training, and consultation to colleagues on systemic family therapy approaches.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects.
- Post-graduate qualification in systemic family therapy and registration with the UKCP.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients with complex mental health needs.
- Experience of leading workshops, training, and service development initiatives.
- Knowledge of UK legislation and policies related to children's mental health and welfare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
