Systemic Family Therapist Lead

We are seeking an experienced Systemic Family Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Barking and Dagenham Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). As a Family Therapy Lead, you will play a key role in providing systemic interventions and assessments for children and young people with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality specialist family therapy assessments and interventions with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues on family therapy approaches and techniques.
- Conduct complex assessments and develop treatment plans for children and young people with significant mental health difficulties.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive service to children and young people and their families.
- Develop and deliver training and consultation to other professionals on family therapy and systemic approaches.
