Our headquarters, located in the heart of the city, offers a range of venues for hire, from contemporary conference rooms to a stunning 18th-century manor house and a 5-acre private Artillery Garden.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of events across our estate, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage event spaces, including AV equipment, furniture, and decorations
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including catering, audio-visual, and technical requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage event signage and branding
  • Perform other duties as required to support the Operations Team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
