About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Call Operator in our Cardonald Regional Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and audit patient data to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Undertake general administrative duties as instructed, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ensure adherence to processes and protocols at all times.
  • Escalate any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to extract accurate information from patients and carers.
Requirements
  • Education to National 5/Standard Grade or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, with good keyboard skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
