Clinical Lead for CAMHS

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Education Lead to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Education Lead, you will play a key role in driving clinical excellence and innovation within our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) and Autism services.
About the Role:
- Lead and drive the service forward, working closely with key stakeholders across Health, Social Care, and Education to deliver a seamless service.
- Develop and implement clinical education and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
- Collaborate with our Autism service to drive excellence and research in the field of paediatric autism.
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to our qualified staff, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to deliver high-quality care.
- Work closely with our teams, colleagues, and peers to deliver directorate and system-wide improvement initiatives.
About You:
- You will be a qualified psychological practitioner (e.g. psychologist, family therapist, child and adolescent psychotherapist, cognitive behavioural therapist) fully registered with the appropriate professional or regulatory body.
- You will have extensive clinical and operational leadership experience across CAMHS, with a strong track record of driving clinical excellence and innovation.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships with key partners, including the ICB, Local Authority, GPs, voluntary sector organisations, and other statutory agencies.
