Clinical Lead for CAMHS Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our CAMHS team in Barking and Dagenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team providing early intervention in psychosis services to adolescents and young people.
Main Duties- Lead a team of mental health professionals in providing high-quality care to service users and their families.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of service users and their families.
- Work closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure seamless care pathways.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to team members.
- Contribute to the development of the team's strategic plan and objectives.
- RMN and valid NMC registration.
- Evidence of post-registration and CPD.
- Mentoring qualification.
- Experience of working with adolescents and young people experiencing psychosis.
- Experience of working with people with complex, acute mental health needs.
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement programmes of care with service user and carer involvement.
- Clinical risk assessment and management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
