Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our CAMHS team in Barking and Dagenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team providing early intervention in psychosis services to adolescents and young people.

Main Duties
  • Lead a team of mental health professionals in providing high-quality care to service users and their families.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of service users and their families.
  • Work closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure seamless care pathways.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to team members.
  • Contribute to the development of the team's strategic plan and objectives.
Requirements
  • RMN and valid NMC registration.
  • Evidence of post-registration and CPD.
  • Mentoring qualification.
  • Experience of working with adolescents and young people experiencing psychosis.
  • Experience of working with people with complex, acute mental health needs.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and implement programmes of care with service user and carer involvement.
  • Clinical risk assessment and management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
