Job Title: Clinical Education Lead CAMHS

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Education Lead to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in Barking & Dagenham. The successful candidate will lead and drive the service forward, working closely with key stakeholders across Health, Social Care, and Education to deliver a seamless service.

Main Responsibilities:

The Clinical Education Lead will be clinically responsible for the CAMHS Services portfolio and pathways across Barking and Dagenham, providing directorate-wide leadership on specific issues. They will have well-honed performance and clinical management skills, as well as the ability to head up service development and Quality Improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:
  • Qualified psychological practitioner with extensive experience in Children's Mental Health
  • Strategic understanding and excellent communication skills to develop effective relationships with key partners
  • Experience in managing patient safety and risk management, as well as handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Able to maintain confidentiality/data protection and possess clear communication skills
What We Offer:

NELFT North East London Foundation Trust offers a competitive salary of £74,290 to £85,601 a year, plus HCAS. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders to drive clinical excellence within CAMHS and our Autism services.
