About the Role

This challenging position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, reflecting the high expectations of our organisation. As a Regional Education Director, you will be responsible for shaping the educational experience of all children and young people, with a focus on supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safeguarding: Develop and implement rigorous safeguarding practices, ensuring compliance and a strong safeguarding culture within our schools.
  • Educational Quality: Collaborate with school leaders to deliver a relationship-based, inclusive education with ambitious curricula, aiming for top-tier school performance by 2029.
  • Standards and Performance: Lead appraisal and support processes to drive improvement, analyse school data, and build leadership capacity within the trust.
Requirements

To succeed in this critical role, you must possess:

  • Qualified teacher status
  • A proven track record as a headteacher, with evidence of exceptional school practice
  • Well-developed presentation and writing skills, comfortable with public speaking
  • Detailed research-informed knowledge of key strategies for raising young people's achievement and advancing effective teaching and learning
