Revenue and Sales Strategy Leader

This position is responsible for leading the sales and revenue growth initiatives across multiple properties. If you have a passion for sales and revenue management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About the Role- Lead the sales, revenue, distribution, and reservations teams to achieve performance targets while maintaining the company's brand values.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to help them achieve their targets and KPIs.
- Establish clear performance expectations, conduct regular feedback sessions, and carry out performance evaluations to encourage continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, open communication, and celebrates staff achievements.
- Develop and execute the sales and revenue strategy to attract and retain guests while maintaining a competitive edge.
- Maximise revenue generation through upselling and cost-effective promotional strategies.
- Take responsibility for overseeing yield management, coordinating rate loading in our PMS to align with budget forecasts and online distribution systems.
- Analyse financial performance metrics to identify areas for growth and cost reduction.
$120,000 - $150,000 per year salary package
