Growth and Revenue Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth and Revenue Development Leader to drive our sales organization forward. As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for building a sustainable sales model that delivers significant revenue growth.
About the Role:
- You will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Drive sales growth through targeted marketing campaigns, account management, and business development activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
