The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced help desk environment with a confident telephone manner and ideally worked with scheduling engineers.

Our client is a leading commercial drainage company seeking an organised Coordinator to support the help desk and liaise with engineers as part of the Rapid Response team.

Salary Information: £24,000 per annum (OTE £28,000), providing an attractive compensation package for the right candidate.

Job Requirements:

  1. Loading new job requests onto internal systems and client portals.
  2. Allocating new job requests within SLA timescales and responding to emergency jobs.
  3. Providing assistance to engineers when they are on site.
  4. Answering calls from colleagues, customers, and engineers.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6 pm, with one weekend in every five on call. This provides a stable yet challenging work-life balance.
