Customer Service Centre Coordinator Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced help desk environment with a confident telephone manner and ideally worked with scheduling engineers.
Our client is a leading commercial drainage company seeking an organised Coordinator to support the help desk and liaise with engineers as part of the Rapid Response team.
Salary Information: £24,000 per annum (OTE £28,000), providing an attractive compensation package for the right candidate.
Job Requirements:
- Loading new job requests onto internal systems and client portals.
- Allocating new job requests within SLA timescales and responding to emergency jobs.
- Providing assistance to engineers when they are on site.
- Answering calls from colleagues, customers, and engineers.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6 pm, with one weekend in every five on call. This provides a stable yet challenging work-life balance.
