Job Title: Project Coordinator for Global Services PMO

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in delivering projects to our high company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with project leads to establish project structures using standardised methodologies.
  2. Maintain project-related processes, process internal systems data, and track costs.
  3. Manage orders with in-country suppliers and align with customer installation requirements.
  4. Coordinate smaller ad hoc projects as needed.
  5. Facilitate approval processes for commercial agreements and service contracts.
  6. Compile and distribute progress reports to update stakeholders on deployment progress.
  7. Coordinate resource allocation across different business functions.
  8. Update the service management system to maintain asset management data.
  9. Monitor and update RAID actions to ensure timely completion.
  10. Provide note-taking support during project updates and meetings.
  11. Support the business projects team in achieving project targets.

Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
