The successful candidate will lead a team to deliver business plans and objectives, ensuring excellence in customer service and developing strategic plans to run a successful centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate sales targets into departmental targets and set challenging goals with first-line management.
  • Create Personal Development Plans and monitor progress.
  • Analyse market data to develop sales opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with business standards and processes.

Requirements

  • A passion for providing great customer service and the automotive industry.
  • High degree of IT literacy and proficient user of MS Office.
  • Management experience.
