**Corporate Development Manager**
We are seeking a highly experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our Corporate Development team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with strong Investment Banking background to take on a key role in shaping the company's growth strategy through strategic acquisitions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining an acquisition pipeline, working closely with the Executive Chairman, CEO, CFO, Head of Corporate Development, and other senior stakeholders.
- Assessing potential acquisition targets, including understanding risks and opportunities, developing valuations, and proposing deal structures.
- Leading financial diligence of transactions where third-party adviser support is not required.
- Facilitating and project-managing Due Diligence (Financial, Legal, Commercial, Tech, People, Operations) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Building strong relationships with target companies, internal stakeholders, and external advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, and investors.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of VP level experience in Investment Banking, or equivalent in Private Equity or Corporate Development.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, with a strong understanding of M&A concepts and commercial acumen.
- Ability to create complex financial models and understand valuation methodologies.
- Confidence in presenting investment cases to senior stakeholders.
- Sector experience is not essential, but the ability to understand diverse business models is crucial.
**Salary:** The estimated salary for this role is £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience. **Benefits:** We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave. **Location:** London.
