About the Role

As a seasoned VP of Consumer M&A at Alan Mitchell, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing high-impact M&A transactions that align with the company's overall business strategy. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in M&A, German market knowledge, and leadership skills to drive success.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of the consumer sector and the German market. They will have a strong network of industry contacts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and present effectively. In addition, they will be able to analyze complex data, think strategically, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Identify and evaluate high-potential M&A targets in the consumer sector.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive due diligence processes to ensure optimal deal outcomes.
  • Maintain a robust network of industry contacts and partners to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Provide expert guidance on M&A strategies, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
