About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive club targets and member engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
