  • Deliver exceptional client experiences that meet and exceed expectations.
  • Manage new enquiries and prospects, as well as existing client enquiries, with a focus on providing timely and efficient solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's house style and brand, and ensure that all client interactions reflect our values and culture.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that each member thrives in their role, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Utilize excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and add value to the client journey, and implement solutions that meet their needs.
  • Present a welcoming, courteous, helpful, and efficient service to all clients, both internally and externally.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the client journey, propositions, and offerings to provide expert advice and support.
  • On-board new clients into the business, and maintain existing client review communications, including managing and arranging client appointments as agreed by the Financial Planners.
  • Attend client events and develop relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage queries from all clients and within the company, ensuring that client satisfaction is maintained.
  • Develop and implement continual improvement programs to enhance the client experience and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Planning industry and its best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Continuous professional development to meet personal and business needs.
