Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Adviser to join our team at CHASE. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical support and guidance to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals in the local NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of patients receiving enteral feeds, providing training and clinical support as needed.
- Work closely with Dietitians and other healthcare professionals to support patients with enteral feeding requirements.
- Facilitate patient discharges and reduce unnecessary referrals to hospitals.
- Provide training and support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on the use of enteral feeding pumps and equipment.
Requirements:
- NMC registration as a nurse.
- Highly planned and organized approach to work.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
