Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Generalist to join our team at Manolo Blahnik. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior People and Culture Advisor and other team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration: Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • HR Systems: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HR software packages, including data entry and reporting.
  • Induction and Onboarding: Coordinate the induction process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support with employee relations matters, including note-taking and documentation.
  • Wellbeing Programme: Assist with the implementation and coordination of wellbeing activities and events.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage the company's benefits package, including private healthcare, season ticket loans, and other perks.
  • Milestones Policy: Administer the company's milestones policy, ensuring timely recognition and celebration of employee achievements.
  • Probation and Learning and Development: Manage employee probation periods, advise on performance, and coordinate training and development opportunities.
  • Payroll and Team Communication: Work with the external Payroll Bureau to resolve payroll-related queries and assist with team communication, including responding to emails and creating the monthly newsletter.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner with recruitment efforts as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a luxury brand, with exposure to various HR functions, including employee relations, talent development, recruitment, reward, recognition, and organizational design.
  • Network and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and network easily, both internally and externally.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and experience using SAP Success Factors.
