About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People & Culture Store Administrator to join our team at Primark. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering administrative activities and supporting the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering P&C administration activities in-store, demonstrating a high level of trust, collaboration, confidentiality, and diplomacy with all colleagues.
- Providing generalist administrative support covering all areas of P&C, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being.
- Supporting the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store.
- Reporting on activities and maintaining KPIs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role.
- Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritize.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective and persuasive communication style.
- Good problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen.
- A passion to do a good job.
