The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Commercial team at RMP Enterprise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business from a range of RMP solutions, as well as account managing clients and up/cross-selling our portfolio of innovative products into mature accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and generating new business from RMP solutions
  • Account managing clients and up/cross-selling products
  • Leads are generated through outbound prospecting and inbound B2B marketing activity

Success Metrics

  • Hitting all targets set within the first 12 months
  • Successfully selling across the full suite of RMP products
  • Successfully closing new clients each month

Requirements

  • Experience selling within the Early Careers industry
  • Experience nurturing and growing a client base
  • Experience with and confidence in engaging with 'cold' prospects
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience conducting meetings with clients and prospects
  • Track record of growing client revenue
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a high-pressure Sales environment
  • Experience cross-selling across multiple products/services
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email, telephone, face-to-face and presenting
  • Financially motivated and wish to earn commission via sales
