About the Position

We are seeking a Talent Development Officer to join our HR team at Moxie People in Cardiff. As HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our people and culture.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating HR information systems and generating reports to support departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and data analysis.
  • Talent development and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven HR experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong skills in employee relations and absence management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary up to £34,000 per annum.
  • A hybrid working arrangement (4 days in-office).
  • A long-term contract (12 months).
