Job Description:

Hoop Recruitment is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join their team in Caerphilly. As an experienced professional, you will have a passion for helping others and be dedicated to delivering exceptional HR services.

You will work closely with the Training team to manage the onboarding process, provide guidance and advice to managers on all HR matters, and lead the employee support and wellbeing process.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification (desired)
  • Experience working with Employee Relations
  • Strong IT skills
  • Knowledge of GDPR
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
