Job ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipThis role involves providing strategic leadership to the People Advisor - South, ensuring seamless collaboration and clear expectations. Additionally, you will support the Operational team in managing cases, offering guidance, and resolving complex employee relations issues.
Talent DevelopmentA key aspect of this role is developing talent within the organization. You will create learning opportunities, design training programs, and offer mentorship to support employee growth and success.
Operational SupportYou will also provide operational support to the South team, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
