Job Title: Talent Management Coordinator

The Moxie People organisation is seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business success by developing and implementing effective talent management strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include providing guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures, managing employee relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

About the Position:

Location: Cardiff (Hybrid – 4 days in-office)

Estimated Salary: £34,000 per annum


Main Responsibilities:
  • Offer guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, conduct issues, and performance-related concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, providing advice on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with managers to track employee absences and provide support for Occupational Health referrals.
  • Update and maintain HR databases, generating reports to inform departmental decision-making.
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives, promoting employee engagement and retention.
Essential Skills:
  • CIPD certification or equivalent (candidates in progress will also be considered)
  • Proven HR experience with expertise in employee relations and attendance management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employee rights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
  • A team-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
