We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our team at Moxie People in Cardiff. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting managers and employees to build a positive and productive work environment.
You will provide advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures, handle a range of employee issues, and contribute to improving employee engagement and retention. Additionally, you will work closely with the HR team to maintain accurate records and reports.
To succeed in this role, you will need CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, strong HR experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
