About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our People Partnering team. As a key member of the team, you will support a range of stakeholders and report directly to the Head of People Performance. This role has the scope to make a huge impact on the performance of Frasers Group as you will be partnering with stakeholders, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a People Plan for business areas with actions that support the delivery of the overall Frasers Group People strategy
  • Ensure roles and structures are fit for purpose, talent attraction, retention, and development to support succession planning
  • Support Managers to proactively manage employee relation issues
  • Work collaboratively with other People teams to deliver transformational change projects
  • Act as a visible advocate for our purpose and values, creating an environment where our values are demonstrated consistently

Requirements

  • Diverse industry and HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in fast-paced, multi-location, and complex businesses
  • Experience partnering various Head Office functions
  • Experience as part of a high-performing team within a highly customer-centric service or retail environment
  • Ability to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade, and influence
  • Able to shape and lead initiatives/change projects
  • Can interpret and analyze data and propose actions to drive positive change
  • Assertive, resilient, and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks
