We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our People Partnering team, you will play a critical role in supporting our stakeholders and driving business performance through effective people solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a People Plan for business areas, aligned with the overall Frasers Group People strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver people solutions that support business objectives, including organisation design, talent attraction, retention, and development.
- Support Managers in proactively managing employee relations issues and promoting a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with other People teams to deliver transformational change projects and promote our purpose and values.
- Identify and build best practice frameworks, solutions, processes, and tools to enhance people/business performance.
- Diverse industry and HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in fast-paced, multi-location, and complex businesses.
- Experience partnering various Head Office functions and high-performing teams within customer-centric service or retail environments.
