About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our People Partnering team, you will play a critical role in supporting our stakeholders and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a People Plan for business areas, aligned with the overall Frasers Group People strategy.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver people solutions that support business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with other People teams to deliver transformational change projects.
  • Act as a visible advocate for our purpose and values, creating an environment where our values are demonstrated consistently.
  • Identify and build best practice frameworks, solutions, processes, and tools to enhance people/business performance.

Requirements

  • Diverse industry and HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in fast-paced, multi-location, and complex businesses.
  • Experience partnering various Head Office functions.
  • Experience as part of a high-performing team within a highly customer-centric service or retail environment.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships to collaborate, persuade, and influence.
  • Able to shape and lead initiatives/change projects.
  • Can interpret and analyze data to propose actions to drive positive change.
  • Assertive, resilient, and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks.
