About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee experience and engagement
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to deliver transformational change projects
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to support their career growth and development
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory requirements
