HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our People Partnering team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our stakeholders and driving business performance through effective people solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a People Plan for business areas, aligned with the overall Frasers Group People strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver people solutions that support business objectives, including organisation design, talent attraction, retention, and development.
- Support Managers in proactively managing employee relations issues and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other People teams to deliver transformational change projects and promote a culture of excellence within the organisation.
- Identify and build best practice frameworks, solutions, processes, and tools to enhance people/business performance and achieve our vision.
- Proven experience in partnering roles in fast-paced, multi-location, and complex businesses.
- Experience partnering various Head Office functions and working in a highly customer-centric service or retail environment.
- Ability to establish effective relationships, collaborate, persuade, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse data to drive positive change.
- Assertive, resilient, and tenacious, with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks.
