Key Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement people solutions aligned to business objectives
- Create and implement a People Plan for business areas, focusing on organization design, talent attraction, retention, and development
- Support managers in proactively managing employee relations issues
- Collaborate with other People teams to deliver transformational change projects
- Act as a visible advocate for our purpose and values, creating an environment where our values are demonstrated consistently
- Diverse industry and HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in fast-paced, multi-location, and complex businesses
- Experience partnering various Head Office functions
