About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Practitioner to join our team at Mariposa & Papillon Care. As a Night Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live happy, healthy, and quality lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional standards of care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care plans and support.
  • Contribute to the creation of a warm and welcoming environment, promoting a sense of community and belonging among our residents.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the highest quality of care.
  • Work flexibly, including night shifts, to meet the needs of our residents and the care home.
